You will be responsible for the customer implementations our software product, Fluid Configure. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience leading eCommerce projects, is technically minded and is excited about the world of SaaS. You should be incredibly organized and thrive in high-energy environments. Focus is on customer satisfaction and on-time project delivery. You should have the ability to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside and out. The clients will be based in the US as well as overseas. You will need to manage a team across many time zones.
You will be working with a talented group of software implementation team - engineers, analysts etc. Egos are not part of our culture. We support each other while having fun and getting $h*t done. You're able to hold your own even when sitting across the table from C level executives at a high-end luxury brand or geek out with architects at a technology start-up. You love a challenge from your team and your clients.

Fluid is based in both Oakland and New York. This position will be based in New York.
